- Acceptance of Terms By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
- Orders & Contract Formation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. A contract is only formed once we send an order confirmation email.
- Prices & Payment All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice until an order is confirmed.
- Delivery & Risk Risk passes to you when the courier hands the parcel to you or to the PUDO locker you selected. We are not liable for delays outside our control (couriers, weather, public holidays, etc.).
- Intellectual Property All content on the website (photography, text, recipes, logos) is owned by or licensed to Ramotshwedi (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
- Prohibited Conduct You may not: • use bots or scrapers, • attempt to hack or interfere with the site, • place fraudulent orders, • use our images or content for your own commercial purposes.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
- Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time you place your order applies to that order.
